Got the Soul Wars box set and I looked at the Lord Arcanum and Knight Incantor. It occurred to me their poses, from the torso upwards are both similar, and it might be possible to swap them. Then I look at the instructions, and I’m not so sure.

Has anyone (aside from johnlyons) assembled these? Does anyone have a guess how difficult it might be to swap the torsos for these guys?
