This is a really interesting discussion with many good points.

I have been a backstager for some years and I would have no problems with a increase to 5 pound. You know what I would love? To hear what a 1 pound raise would enable the boys to do. Like when you set up a fund for the new cameras.

Maybe you could have a small discussion on the next XLBS on what this would enable? Maybe the raise isn’t so significant that it would enable a new studio but even knowing it would lighten the load or help out in the cage etc would be great to hear.

I’m here to support the BoW vision rather than the game specific content aimed to me specifically.
