FireForge Games Preview Shambling Undead Peasants
July 11, 2018 by brennon
FireForge Games keep up the previews ahead of their Kickstarter later this year with a look at some of the options that will be available when you start to build your Undead Peasants.
The plastic set will come with a number of different options for weapons and such that allow you to pose them in whichever way suits you best. There will be lots of head options too and it's nice to see a mix of both male and female bodies within the set to give it a bit more of a believable edge.
I really like that you're also going to be getting some options that tell a bit more of a story like the bird plucking that unfortunate mans eye out...
Good zombies are always needed!
What do you make of this latest preview?

Those are some good looking zombies. I give these bonus points for having one of them have bird on his head.
What do we want? Brains. when do we want them? Brains.
It is highly likely that I will get that Kickstarter.
These look really nice, miles better than the ancient GW ones and the mix of male and female is a nice touch; what they need now is a mix of ages, throw in some hunched over old grognards and some kids and it’s be a perfect mix.
Also, hopefully there’ll be compatible with their other kits so you could make zombie knights/men-at-arms/etc to add even more variety to the horde.
That would be great 😀 .
In the comments of the fb post they said they would be compatible (and they are working on undead soldiers and undead cav, which I’m really looking forward to)
brilliant love the crow eating the eye on one zombie.
Well, i need to watch this Kickstarter also. Maybe the northern and undead plastic sets will fit my next project. The renders look not bad at all. We will see.
I don’t know, you guys. The arms don’t even fit properly on the render of the guy holding the pitchfork 😛
Silly, that’s where he’s decomposing and falling apart obviously. ?
?
I am pretty sure a manufacturer having dealt with hard plastic production and working with a company like Renedra would never actually end up tooling something this way.
It is probably just the render shot wrong or (more probable) simply still Work in Progress.
