4Ground Previewing New World At War Terrain At Historicon
July 4, 2018 by brennon
The 4Ground team, as you'll have seen in our video today, have plans for all sorts of fantastic terrain on the horizon and next week at Historicon you will be able to check out some of their new World At War and Europe At War ranges with buildings like these...
Each of these three houses is on the way for those who are looking to delve into some 28mm scale wargaming. As with all of the 4Ground buildings they crack open to reveal their interiors and give you plenty of space for some cinematic moments as you skirmish up close with your foes.
The design of them is very nice and gives you a good point of difference when it comes to some of the buildings you see on the table for your games set in Europe. They look like they would work in villages and urban environments throughout France and further afield into other countries too.
It would be nice to drop these in amongst your other buildings to create a diverse looking setting for your games. Plenty of people build homes in different styles and this gives you a more realistic looking tabletop.
15mm Bunker!
As well as the houses, 4Ground also showed off this new 15mm scale Bunker for you to use when you're defending an entrenched position.
You can fit a big gun inside and it works alongside the scale of models from the likes of Battlefront's Flames Of War and I'm sure what Plastic Soldier Company are doing now with infantry and such.
A simple design, but when you have a few of these weathered up on the tabletop it would look very imposing.
What do you think of the new terrain options?

Here’s me trying to decide on what theme to build a Bolt Action table, and you go and put this up…. 😉
They never disappoint when it comes to quality terrain.
