Warlord Are Releasing a Stupid Boy
January 26, 2014 by dracs
The next of Warmington-On-Sea's gallant Home Guard has been unveiled by Warlord Games. He may be the youngest member of the platoon, but Private Pike is as keen as any of them to take on Hitler. As long as his mum says it's ok.
A humble bank clerk during his working hours, Pike heads to the Home Guard each evening and he's ready with his tommy gun.
Played by Ian Lavender, the only surviving member of the platoon's main members, Pike and Jones were usually the ones most likely to end up in some sort of danger or otherwise ridiculous situation.
Warlord have done a pretty good job in capturing this keen young tommy. I think mum will like it Uncle Arthur.

These are all great fun
“How that boy ever got his school certificate I’ll never know!”
Great stuff. Hope Warlord will also do some models for Mr Hodges, Mavis, the vicar and the verger.
