GW have announced that they’ll be sharing £5m of their profits with their employees.  In the last year profit has almost doubled from £38m to £74m and share price is up 150%.

Probably no coincidence that good things started happening after Games Workshop once again started making (and re-releasing) … games.

So we can also expect things like this from current better GW. Not something that would had happened during Tom Kirby’s era.

I’m glad to hear this. The poor pay for Games Workshop employees has affected my decision to buy from them in the past.

Very nice to hear they are sharing at least some of the financial success with the employees.

I’m happy to see this. It’s  vindication for the change in their company policy. Make good games and engage with your customer base and profits go up.

This is a win-win, so really pleased to see it happen.   Nice to see that listening to your fans and using some common sense is a good business strategy too.   Why they persisted so long with their previous one I don’t know…
