A Backstager Manifests to Compete in Tournaments for the Honour of BoW
Justin catches up with one of our backstagers – Collins – to find out how he fared in this weekend’s Fantasy Flight Games tournaments. Competing in the Imperial Assualt European Championship, Collins made the cut to find stiff opposition in the next round…
Congrats @collins – well done on making Day 2 – great work!
I would say use the time to go buy some more Legion stuff but you’ve clearly already got everything 😉
Thanks @darkdanegan, I had a lot of fun in the matches I had even if some were overly nail biting and stress inducing!
You say that about legion but I saw one stall firesaling all their core sets for £50! Was tempted!
Whooooattttt?? I think I would have gobbled that up, even for conversions. And there was me thinking I’d snagged a bargain on Friday finding a C-Roc for X-wing for £38!
Well done on making the cut mate. Don’t think you’ll be the only one failing to get past a German defence this summer.
I’m sure you’re right, the mainland europeans I played against were extremely competent and tough opponents who weren’t mucking about
@collins congrats on making the cut, good to put a face to a name
Well done mate, keep going.
Being knocked out just means he now has time to shop. I had the same thing at a tournament at BonesCon. Lost a game early so went to shop before stock ran out.
