Square Enix Take Final Fantasy To The Table With The Collectable Card Game
The Final Fantasy video games are one of the most well-known RPG series of all time, so we were very excited to get a look at the trading card game, including many well-loved characters.
Which Final Fantasy do you think is the best?
Love Final Fantasy, FF7 is and forever will be my favourite.
Whaaat Final Fantasy card game?! :O that’s so cool! But I have to say I absolutely adore the Chocobo game <3
That is literally shiny. The card art looks great. OOoo Sam you sneaky git.
I’m a bit of an outlier, but FF9 is probably my favorite.
9 is great (and definitely my favourite of the PS1 era) but FF6 all the way.
Geeking out is totally appropriate Sam 🙂
As some one who plays and loves it I must say that Final Fantasy TCG is really fun and well designed game.
I am torn between FFX and FFVII (the first I ever played) so I guess FFXVII? 🙂
7,8,9,12 and 15 were my faves.
I am I the only one having video game memory flashbacks??
FF7 is clearly the bestest! It was the first FF game I ever played so it holds a special place in my heart, but the story is awesome and I am both excited and terrified about the upcoming HD remake of that game.
FF10 or FF9 would be close seconds, but I thought 10 was a bit to linear. love the open worlds
I must say that FF7 was my favourite since we first met Cloud and the crew. Love the look of the Chocobo game.
7 is the one I really loved. You do have to admit there really isn’t any game in FF games. They are a straight line from a-b and you always just need to grind xp for long periods every step of the way through every game. They are just long movies you have to work hard for. I want to love FF games but theres something missing from them and I think its choice and gameplay.
Probably a minority opinion, but FF8 was my favourite
In the days of having a lodger, he disappeared for a fortnight. I was wondering “was it something I said?”. Nah it was just a new Final Fantasy 🙂
I fondly remember playing the first UK release of Final Fantasy on the original PlayStation – I think you road off into the sunset on the back of a green tiger at the end of the game. Playing it distracted me from the cold while temporarily living in a ramshackle drafty bedsit. I’d moved 200 miles from home to start a new job and had to quickly find somewhere to live. As their was no tv reception or decent pubs nearby, FF helped keep me sane until I found a better home.
IM only a FF7 Fan, played and enjoyed as kid, btw also greats 8 and 10, but cant remember at all.
