Definitely Fear Dark Hammer’s Reaper

The Reaper comes to take us all in our time and if he looks anything like the Soul Reaper from Dark Hammer Miniatures then I don't want to die!
The Soul Reaper has some great detail and seems to be something of an amalgamation of horrific demonic traits, from the length of his tail to the tips of his horns.
I think he would make an excellent alternate demon prince, or even the final boss waiting at the end of that dungeon your heroes have been bravely fighting their way through.
