Musketeer Miniatures Bow Before Charles XII

It is nearly time for the Swedes of the 18th century to go to war, led by Musket Miniatures upcoming model of their King Charles XII.
This model is obviously still a WIP as, for a head of state, he currently doesn't have a very good head on his shoulders, but when he is finished he should make a good army commander for a number of historical armies from the time period.
After all, he has a horse and a hat, all that is really needed to lead an army.
Do any of you play games set in the early 18th century? Can you tell us more about Charles XII?
age of 15 inherits the crown of Sweden, within months an alliance between Russia, Denmark-Norway and Saxony-Poland-Lithuania declares war hoping to snap up Swedish territory in northern Germany and in the Baltic. By the age of 21, Denmark is invaded forcing them to sue for peace, Saxony and Poland are subdued after a protracted campaign that ends with the installation of a puppet king in Poland and an army of 44,000 men waiting to march on Moscow… Interesting bloke.
