Let’s Play: Star Wars Legion – 862 Point Game
May 4, 2018 by dignity
Today Gerry and I are off to the desert lands of Tattooine to play a huge game of Star Wars Legion from Fantasy Flight Games. With a massive 862 points, Gerry has equipped himself with a million Speeder Bikes against my Rebel force.

Today's supply run has five crates to keep control of, played a lot like conquest mode in which you can flip the objectives to your favour, holding your zones and eliminating your enemy that appears on the horizon.

Gerry's hoping for a lot of movement and numbers, we know how it works out in the movies. How will it turn out in this game?
What would you deploy with 800+ Points?

not saying it’s deliberate, but he may have lost this one 😉
Good Game, Good Game…
Well played with the Imperials. I think that better use of cover and dodge would have been a better tactic for the Rebels. They were not played to their strengths and suffered accordingly. It will be interesting to see how things evolve with the new troops and commanders.
@avernos is a legend 😀 . These Legion Let’s Play videos have been great to watch and learn from. Empire for the win all day long. I agree with @tankkommander , the Rebels need to make use of spending Dodge tokens to earn them back for free.
super cool – overview of a battle – really making myself want to pick up some – Star Wars: Legion
Enjoyable battle report. I was a little put off at first since the armies seem a bit plain to me, and stormtroopers running at rebel commandos wasn’t really what I thought of when I thought of Star Wars, but videos like this make it seem much more fun.
I’ve been really enjoying these Legion videos, I very nearly picked up the core set the other day. Then I remembered I still have two other starter sets to finish assembling and painting to play. So not time yet for another one!
