One of the demo games that you could have got stuck into at Salute was this epic BattleTech game which was done by 4Ground.

Great looking mechs
Battletech seems like it could scale up well like these pictures show, since a feature of the game is damage to parts of mechs and maneuvring to lessen the chances of damaged sections receiving more fire.

Hmm, those seem a little bigger than the standard Iron Wind Metal’s miniatures 🙂

Love the mechs. I really hope that the reboot of Alphastrike is more aimed at wargamers than CBT players. Though I like CBT it is simple to complex for a wargame….
That one in the last pic looks familiar – could swear I’ve seen something similar in the old RT rule book; wonder if this kit is what the kitbash in RT was based on?
