Explore Pre-Painted WizKids Terrain On Your RPG Adventures
March 29, 2018 by brennon
Helping to make building dungeons that little easier, WizKids released their Fantasy Terrain: Pillars & Pools set.
The set comes with twenty-four different terrain elements that range from pillars to pools, through to statues and other accessories. The pillars can also be adorned with some of the decorative parts you see in the collection like the banners and torches.
The pillars have little holes in them where you just peg them in, and because of their pressure-fit system, they should stay put. This could be a neat collection for someone wanting to add a bit more to their tablescapes when they're role-playing.
Admittedly, I also think this would be awesome for wargaming too. Grab some of these, do some additional weathering work to them, and they'd be perfect for a ruin you're exploring.
What do you think?

very nice.
I have the unpainted Rusty Dragon Inn set. I enjoyed painting them and now have something I can use for a tavern, a wizard’s bookcase/potion room or just general debris for a dungeon. I use them in Gloomhaven as bookcases at the moment.
I usually make my own terrain but for $25 CAD, I couldn’t pass this up. Saves me a lot of time.
