Looks like a top quality table that the game is being played on.
If those tables, those miniatures and the emanation of enthusiasm doesn´t get new Players into the game, nothing will. I like the “Lizardmen” with a more lizardy appearance. With their pyramid to defend … let those vermin come!

Display boards provide the great chance to actually tell a story for an army and create something really special far more than only putting models beside each other. Like a diorama.
But stuff breaking the gaming world’s barriers I never really understood. Why would you do something connected to a fictional world (building and converting and painting an army) when you don’t want to do something within that setting?
