Wargame Exclusive Guide You To The Greater Good With Aeth’er Model
February 7, 2018 by brennon
Wargame Exclusive has a new character for your Greater Good faction as they introduce Aeth'er. This throws another of their resin characters into the mix for your alternative grimdark force.
I will say, it's nice to not see them continue to just work down the angle of slightly over sexualised models here and instead work on something you'd like to have to lead the way on the tabletop.
A more technological empowered version of the standard Ethereal is good to see, and it means you can play around with the background and lore of your force a bit. Maybe this fellow takes a more forward-focused role on the tabletop, leading from a strategic vantage point and directing his troops.
What do you think?

That is very impressive looking sculpt.
looks good.
Love this company, so much better casting than FW and a lot cheaper.
Nice mini, a little different from standard aesthetic. Not sure I’d grab one but definately a good alternative
He his nice but, i’ll wait to see the new codex to find out if the Ethereals are any good… and since i own 2 on hover drones, the new rules will need to be good for me to get an alt!
Another almost IP breach. It looks nice but quite uninspiring.
Go have a look at the site. I’m going to scoop up as much as I can before the wolves pounce. Another company doing GW better than GW.
Brilliant Tau stuff on their site. Great for heroes for my Traveler alien faction, and the skimmers are fabulous.
Err is he taking a selfie? 😀
Tis a cool looking mini.
Talented Sculpt, but just another unusable model for play at GW stores / Tournaments.
Why do you have to play at the store?
Short answer is I don’t have to, but we do for accessibility of games and convenience plus my local GW store has a massive gaming area so you can always get a table / game.

The gaming club I attend meets twice a month and I rarely able to make it on those days due to work commitments. Other than that we play at home when work schedules permit.
Also a lot of the tournaments I have played in do not allow model substitution for gaming systems.
If I played GW games I would have two armies: one for GW, and a better one for display/play at home. For me, models like these are too shiny to pass up.
