“Hurry Up and Wait” is definitely a truism. He’ll love it.
I’m sure the crew are glad of the wait, so they can steal a bit of sleep. 😀
Lance tell her its got your blood sweat and tears mixed into it and shell love it…….but not as much as a diamond engagement ring. if she starts dropping those hints trust me get a Jack Russell (other dogs are available, just not as good) and head for the hills lol
Very nice projects guys.
The bren gun carrier is looking wonderful and the name is great.
That is a big loom, she will have a lot of possibilities.
If you want to go the Latin route there is :
“Festina Lente”
which translates as ‘make haste slowly’
(source : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Festina_lente )
And a slightly longer version :
“FESTINA LENTE CAUTA FAC OMNIA MENTE”
(Haste, less speed and do everything with understanding )
Absolutely agree with Hurry up and wait, that was a common saying during all of my 28 years in the Army!
The loom idea is a great one! The fact that you are making it makes it even better!
Me too and I was in the Australian army .. I guess the boredom of soldiers is universal 😉
Elf hats for the next video, curly elf boots if you can find them. And Warren ho-ho-ho-ing in the background.
Yes I too felt that this was the only aspect lacking in an otherwise excellent video. Well said @blaeyn
I can see Cesar’s cartoon already.. all the best with the presents.
might have to make myself one of those fancy contraptions. then one up you by saving fuel on wool transportation by making my clothes out of my own body hair.
sorry Lance mate us hippies need to stick together, it’s just safer when we heard.
always new you had a heart of gold John
Think there both be loved, love the ideas boys…
My dad would love your brengun carrier John. He had a couple of working ones when I was little that we chased the cows with. He sold his last working one over 10 to 20 years ago for only 3,000 aussie dollars.
