Days of Wonder have released a new app game based on the popular Ticket to Ride series and with family audiences in mind. It's time to set off in the video game version of Ticket to Ride First Journey.
This new app features the game's simple rules, brought to life with fun animation, illustrations and the opportunity to learn more about each of the cities you visit.
Currently, the game features two maps, letting you and your family play across Europe and the USA.
The game can be played with up to four players using a pass-and-play mode, or can you can go up against the AI for solo play.
Ticket to Ride is one of the most simple and fun to play board games out there. This new app version looks to be the perfect way to introduce younger audiences to it, as well as a fun way to pass the time while travelling. Possibly on a train.
It is currently available through Steam, Google Play, or the App Store.
Think you'll give this a go?
