The 2cm Flakvierling 38 Gets Its Crew From Rubicon Models
August 30, 2017 by brennon
Rubicon Models are previewing more of what's coming down the pipeline for World War II as they show off the new crew for the 2cm Flakvierling 38.
They are turning their focus towards some more of the models for the Axis forces at the moment and this Mid-War artillery piece for dealing with errant aircraft coming to bomb their factories.
The actual gun itself looks incredibly technical in design and they've done a really good job bringing together all of the nuts and bolts of this machine. The crew are also looking great although I still have a problem with crews for big guns which can't be removed.
If I was to pick this up for my force I'd have to make it so the crewmen could be taken off as the piece took damage from incoming fire.
What do you think?

Makes for a pretty nasty Anti infantry weapon too
same as the AA tank?
Rubicon are being very clever – they are making items that can be used on a variety of mounts. Flakvierling was an iconic German weapon, shown often in propaganda footage. Great to see an all plastic version at last.
