Brigade Models Update French Fleet in Aeronef
August 25, 2017 by thisisazrael
Brigade Models continue their Aeronef revolution with a brand new update to the French fleet with new battleship models.
Aeronef is a set of rules that allow you to fight battles of aerial warfare in the last decades of an alternate 19th century when aircraft have been invented several decades earlier than the Wright Brothers actually did.
The Loire which is a new model for an older ship of the same name.
In line with other updates Brigade have made the mini has a resin hull with metal fittings for turrets, tail, bridge, masts and funnels.
The Masséna model has a similar tumblehome hull to the Loire, however, the top superstructure comes with three different types of metal pieces for you to customise your fleet.
Both ships also come with three variants for their tails giving some nice individuality to the ships.
If you are interested the in 1/1200th scale Aeronef game, Brigade Models have also gone back and revamped the "Grand Fleet" pack so that it now contains one each of all of the French capital ships.
What do you think of these alternative history vessels?
