Spellcrow Shows Off Some Scaly Shoulder Pads

Spellcrow have continued with their selection of conversion pieces to turn your space marines into mighty Salamanders / Dragon warriors. This time we get to see some scaly shoulder armour.
I have been a little harsh about Spellcrow's Salamander themed accessories in the past, but I have to say that I really like these shoulder pads. They have a great level of detail in the scales and would be the perfect way to mark your Space Marines out as Salamanders.
Will Spellcrow provide your Space Marines with a Scaly Skin armour save?
Do you guys think I can use these on my Marines to mark them as Alpha Legion?
My self-imposed ban on GW has me in a jam, I need to finish my Alpha Legion..
