We got to watch as the crowds entered the massive Vendor Hall here at Gen Con.
Thankfully it wasn't too bad and I didn't get run over but watch out later for some prizes you could win!

No matter how many times you guys cover this event, it is still weird that I finish work on a Thursday and can sit down and see it going on.
This is normally a saturday only activity.

I almost expected the first attendee to run through the open doors crying “For Freeeeedooom!” and to be followed by a thousand more with swords and kilts!

That was a lot less aggressive than I expected.
I live about three hours away from there and still have not gone. Always seems to be some reason why I can not make it and it is usually work.
I am approx. 13.969 km (8,680 miles) away and I totally have the time but not the ability to go. Oh the irony! 😀 😀
