Bandua Built Up Mighty Tabletops For Salute (Table Now Available!)
April 28, 2017 by brennon
One of the companies that we unfortunately missed when we were rushing around Salute 2017 was Bandua Wargames. They had some fantastic tabletops created for the event and were showing them off at the Wayland Games stand.
First up we have this amazing Infinity tabletop which has been made using their Ready For Battle terrain range. This is already available for you to snap up from their webstore allowing you to get together a rather awesome tabletop without much hassle.
These folks have done some great buildings which can be broken down into smaller sets or built up together allowing you to create multilevel terrain.
So, if you're really into your Infinity this is a great way for you to start playing the game. One of the coolest things I saw from the collection was the range of holographic displays which not only provide a great way to block line of sight but also look awesome.
Zone Mortalis
Next up, we have some great interior terrain for battling through spaceships and down in the depths of an Imperial City. See what you make of the Zone Mortalis.
The Last Defense Available Now!
This collection of terrain breaks down into a selection of walls, large column structures and the boxed sections too. This allows for a cool urban landscape to battle through and if you were interested in the likes of Shadow War: Armageddon.
As you can see it creates a rather awesome ships interior and all you'd have to do is go to town with some weathering sprays to make it look a bit more grim and gritty.
As well as the terrain pieces which sit atop this tabletop there's also the play mat/tiles which come underneath it. This breaks down into these...
These tiles clip together using some connectors (seen below) and they will allow you to create a cool looking board for your Space Marines, or indeed whatever Sci-Fi army, to battle across.
All of the terrain pieces you see here for the Sci-Fi tabletop, and indeed the upcoming one for Wild West Exodus are going to be available on their webstore very soon as Exclusives as well as on Wayland Games.
Wild West Town
If you prefer the dirt and grime of the Wild West then how about stepping out into the weird world of Wild West Exodus where you can also snap up more of this awesome terrain.
As well as the Wild West buildings that you see here, which are nice and typical, you also have all of the Steampunk bits which got tacked onto this world with big pipes and slightly Sci-Fi looking creations.
Once again you've got some characterful pieces that will be easy to put together and get down onto the tabletop. With the 2nd Edition of the game around the corner later this year this is well worth checking out in preparation.
What do you think of their terrain?

Wow. I know Bandua have had a few issues in the past but all credit to them for plowing ahead and not giving up. It is this attitude that has brought us the beautiful pics above. I am especially not used to seeing 40K in an indoor setting. Way to be creative and take things in a new direction. Keep up the good work and nice job all around.
These are great. Picked up a Q building Gamma to go with our club terrain, the first of many i think 😀 . I was very impressed with the Zone Mortalis kits, may have to be a target next year for games like Shadow War, Necromunda and 40k if it takes hold at club again.
I love the look of most of their stuff. The one gripe I have is the Gargoyles on the imperial mortalis stuff. They really don’t add anything to it. Aside from, great stuff!
Hmm, their Zone Mortalis stuff does interest me, though I agree that it needs weathering. “Not grungy enough” was my thought when I saw it. Needs a bit more grimdark… Maybe supplement it with some of the GW plastic over top, across the vertical surfaces etc. Yes, and lose the gargoyles. At least some of them.
Combine it with their Industry of Murder stuff to take it up some levels… nice.
Does anyone know if Bandua have an Aussie distributor…?
Yep, cool looking stuff!
I too love the holographic displays but, i have enough advertisments for my boards already 😉 However, i now know where i want to go for my Infinity tables!
Their Infinity church is on the shopping list at some point
Which Infinity church, I didn’t find one designed for Infinity on their site. Customeeple has a nice chapel though.
My bad, for some reason I keep mixing those two up
Very nice tables. That is some nice terrain. Very cool.
Very nice tables, i`m liking the Wild West Town. I can see a horde of “Zombies” shambling around it, looking for free “Brains”.
Wayland games had something arrive on time?
great looking terrain on all the tables.
