thanks for the advice Romain. I think breaking things down into sections and visualising the volumes will help me with my freehand.
Thanks !
Indeed, if there’s one advice anyone can gather from all my freehand videos, it’s this very one ! You’ve summed it up perfectly.
Thank you yet again Romain. It is good day when I see another one of your painting turorials up. Now I doubt I am going to paint skulls anytime soon .. but i am starting a project that will require (if I am going to do it justice some freehand at the end). After all the freehand tutorials I have seen you do I am willing to have a go at it rather than leave the area blank . It helps that it isn’t too elaborate.. It will be a good starting point) Cheers mate and thanks again
Thank you ! If you need advice for a particular type of pattern, don’t hesitate to ask.
Great stuff. As always, it is a pleasure to watch and listen to you. You are my British Bob Ross. Well… except in the hair department. 🙂
Thank you ! That said, I’m not british either… but I’ll take it as a compliment that my accent’s not too far off.
My sincerest apologies for making an assumption. 🙁 No matter what, thank you for these wonderful tutorials.
These tutorials are such an awesome help. It’s really giving me the confidence into trying freehand designs myself. Seeing how you decompose a design, and simplify it, is something that, once understood, could be transfered to so many other designs. So thank you! It’s an amazing help.
an great video and paint guide on the skull Romain
