A Look At The Red Heroes For Destiny’s Spirit Of The Rebellion Set

"I sense something, a presence I've not felt since..." the Awakenings set came out for Star Wars Destiny!

I literally cannot wait for the Spirit of the Rebellion set to roll out from Fantasy Flight Games. Soon we'll be able to expand our Star Wars Destiny play with new cards for the hugely successful game.

Let's have a look at what's in store for the Red Heroes in the game. New Red characters will include interesting choices like: Baze Malbus and Mon Mothma.

These two are the perfect example of how differently you can approach the game, from either really shooty combat or really effective (and often annoying) dice manipulation.

If you're looking for the uber shooty style, Baze Malbus with the likes of a Rocket Launcher (a neutral card, by the way) and Overkill are just the ticket. This combo will put the hurt on your opponent and FAST.

I'm especially interested in the addition of the Training upgrade. This one makes any non-unique red character Elite, meaning you can add an extra die to that character.

This has awesome potential as a neutral card, because yes, your Rebel Commando can become Elite, but so can the Stormtroopers...
