Star Wars Rebellion is looking pretty sweet

On my way to the X-Wing Open I saw something that caught my eye, it was the Star Wars Rebellion game. This is a great looking game that is based on beating the empire by taking back the empire-oppressed planets in spacial and ground combat in an epic war for the freedom of the galaxy
always fancied rebellion, ether that or I really want that death star model, and it’s one i’d love to see a lets play of.

I can see why this game continues to be a hit in its genre of boardgame
FFG just prints money when they release something Star Wars
They do when they produce things as good as Imperial Assault, Armada and Rebellion. X-Wing and the LCG are damn good too.
Looks like it would make a good campaign map for the other SW games 😉
I got to play this a few weeks ago. Really is a good game.
It looks like a variant of RISK, which I personally love. Have to keep an eye out for a game play video.
Its a similar type of game in that its about conquest of a board, but the mechanics are what make it great. Foe Rebels t’s a game of bluffing and avoiding the might of the Imperial military while just surviving. For the Empire, its a game of search and destroy, trying to locate and wipe out the Rebel base before the tide of galactic opinion turns against you.
This is not my kind of game, but I’m sure it’s very well done.
Interesting game. Should give it a go sometime.
I was hopeful for this game, but ended up selling on ebay. It was just alright.
