The Totally Illegal Dwarf Deathroller Churns Into Blood Bowl
March 25, 2017 by brennon
Forge World has trundled out quite the illegal piece of kit for the Dwarfs to use in Blood Bowl. See what you make of the Deathroller which has trapped some poor hapless Goblin!
The Deathroller is the answer to 'how do you tackle more than one person at once?'. Well, simply run over them in this and churn them up into bloody chunks.
"One of the most spectacular, if not the most efficient, secret weapons fielded by any Blood Bowl team is the Dwarf Deathroller. It was first used by the Dwarf Warhammerers back in ’64 and has been a regular part of many a Dwarf team's arsenal ever since.
The Deathroller’s continuing popularity is no doubt due to the fact that it’s so easily improvised from the rollers found at the more sophisticated and well-kept grass-laid stadiums. Referees have done their best to keep Deathrollers off the playing field, and quite a few have ended up as flat as a pancake as a result!"
It really is an improvement over the Deathroller of the past and I love that the operator of it is having so much fun. You can't drink and drive, but you can drink and death roll.
What do you think?
"You can't drink and drive, but you can drink and death roll..."

This is a lovely sculpt but really highlights the mixed effort put into the Blood Bowl range.
Love it.
I love this so much. The only way that this sculpt could be better, would be if it was running over an elf …… *sigh …….. *happy thoughts. Needless to say it is on order
As much as I can up vote mutilated elves, lets face it we all know it a gobbo as they clearly need to firepower to deal with than some pansie elfling.
This is true ….. and while the goblin won’t make as entertaining noses as it is pulverised, it does have the advantage of not leaving mascara and hair product stains all over the roller
I absolutely love this model, price was a little bit of a shock, but no so much it will overcome my weakness I suspect. In side new check out the NZ site for the plastic troll. That’s some interesting posing not sure on it myself.
I like the troll but they shouldn’t have had his hand covering the face
Indeed, glove also seems a bit too fashion like. But its not horrible
Still not a fan of this one, but do quite like the troll.
Over all rather nice model.
Nothing beats having a cold beer as you operate heavy machinery.
Love this mini. Price, is as usual with FW, a bit high. Not the worst offender in FW’s line but £10-12 cheaper would be more of an acceptable price.
