ShadowSea Returns to Kickstarter for Conquest of the Underlands
September 17, 2013 by dracs
ShadowSea has once more stepped onto the rocky shores of Kickstarter with the aim of generating funds for a 2nd Edition rulebook. It is time to join in the Conquest of the Underlands.
AntiMatter Games intend for this new rulebook to have full cover art along with all the rules you need to get playing a game of ShadowSea, but this is not the only aim of the Kickstarter. Along with the new rulebook three of the five factions should hopefully be getting new deluxe starter sets.
Of course, that's not to say the other factions won't be appearing alongside a bunch of other cool stretch goal promises.
Judging by AntiMatter's previous successes on Kickstarter I think this new ShadowSea campaign has a lot of promise. The concepts are of course pretty cool and the range has a pretty good track record of transferring these images into sculpts, so I for one am looking forward to seeing what comes out of this.
If you want to get into ShadowSea why not take this chance and pledge to the Kickstarter?

Cool minis and interesting concepts. I may have to watch this one.
Right now 1650’s IndieGoGo campaign takes priority as far as crowdfunding goes…and then there is the Mars Attacks! game to consider.
So many projects out there… wouldn’t know what to choose from, I think I’ll hold on for a while, seems every company atm is after easy money, both fantasy companies I backed failed me big time (one delivered very bad final sculpts, the other is still delivering, hoping oil reserves don’t run out before I finally get them… lost complete faith in both)
