Scibor Begin To Craft A New Knight & Masterful Horse
September 2, 2013 by brennon
Scibor Miniatures have another work-in-progress figure on the sculpting bench. See what you think of this Knight and what looks to be a very epic looking horse.
As I mentioned above, the rider looks pretty ace but the horse is where it's at. It seems like they have put a lot of effort into making it look like a proper animal with a lot of attention to detail in the muscles and such.
I'm sure someone out there will be able to give me a run down of what they have got wrong and what they got right here but to me it looks epic.
What do you think?

The horse’s head looks too large to me, but I will pass that off as a type of warhorse lol
I agree with your comment about the musculature. It looks very good to my (non horsey expert) eye.
The rider’s legs look like typical Scribor proportions which to a few of us always seem a tad short.
Where Scribor really excell imho is in some of the detailing.
The rider’s face is really well done and overall the sculpt is looking very promising.
Am assuming this is 28mm?
No indication (that I know of) to the scale but yes, I think it’s going to be 28mm. Will have a check for you.

thanks Ben
