Theodore Bruckner & Reaper
February 23, 2011 by beerogre
Here's the latest offering from Warhammer Forge... Here's the fluff from the Forgeworld site.
Theodore Bruckner is the serving Judicial Champion of Nuln and Countess Emmanuelle’s Headsman. Wielding the ancient sword 'Liarsbane', Bruckner will often take to the field of battle alongside the Iron Companies of Nuln, mounted on the fearsome Demigryph, Reaper, which is perhaps the largest of its kind.
As always, this kit is resin, so get your superglue out!
There are also some rules for the model for you to try out.
Tell us what you think guys... are you an Empire player what does this do for your collection?
Nice Mini Nice casting, and oh … Expensive!
I saw more nice stuff from Empire in pics from abroad and this mght be a great army to collect.
Already buying this one fo me
He’s sitting on a chicken… It’s… Strangely cool.
I suddenly have images of a halfling paladin mounted on a large angry chicken (TM)…
I like the front of the demigryph but I cant help but feel the rear looks rushed or unfinished. It is a nice model but then again so is the High elf prince on griffon in the island of blood set which you can pick up for another £12 along with a box of minis so in that respect I dont think I could justify the cost. You could even pick up the griffon model from IoB on one the the many bitz sites and do a nice conversion for well under half the cost
