4Ground Reveal Their Amazing Shopping Mall
October 3, 2016 by brennon
4Ground have shown us some preview images of their new Shopping Mall that is coming to the tabletop during December this year. Of course, if you're coming to The Walking Dead Boot Camp you might win one!
This shows off an almost finished version of the Shopping Mall. A lot of people will already have in their minds where they want to situate this on their tabletop.
The top section of the Shopping Mall can be removed allowing you to play around inside. You can also tell the scale of the building by the Spectre Miniatures soldiers moving their way through the Mall.
All of the shops will have their own frontages and full interiors allowing you to play around inside the building too.
They are debating whether or not they are going to furnish the building as well but we'll leave that up to you guys in the community decide.
This looks fantastic and we'd love to see this situated in the middle of a big car park as a tabletop all of its own. When you've seen what they did with the big SAGA Grand Hall you can imagine this as being of a similar, if not better, quality.
What do you think of this massive Shopping Mall?

Oh nice…. You know this’d be really good for a zombie game……. =)
Very good
I would say it kinda cry out for being furnished, to get some cover inside rather that a great open space.
It needs a magic eye gallery, with a tiny picture of a sailboat, maybe some VW’s in the car park….
What, no food court? 😉
Fantastic looking.. price allready known?
Not right now – will have a better indication by the Boot Camp I reckon 🙂
It looks like the shopping centre in Carryduff
i do like this piece it – feels like a nice little shopping forum that we get in some smaller towns in the uk. the skylight sections are a great touch.
however, maybe it’s a language thing – but when i hear the word ‘mall’, i imagine a sprawling complex with dozens and dozens of shops. multi level, with interconnected walkways. i know this makes me sound greedy, but i want moaar!!
Looks very expandable… Here’s hoping for some balconies to expand it up and some atrium pieces for it to turn
Loving this!! Can’t wait to see it up close. 🙂
Would look good on a Batman board to shake things up
A very impressive piece of terrain. On the one hand, the inside looks very bare without kiosks, shelves, counters and the like. On the other, I imagine this is going to be more than a pretty penny in cost already.
Needs to be fully furnished inside to work, but I’m already thinking of ways to justify the expense. Could easily be expanded as well. I would have to make a carpark board to go with it of course.
Oh my poor wallet.
looks good.
looks like you could easily add an additional ground floor level to make it a 2 story shopping mall,
few extra holes in the floor-plan and a slightly different front window/door pannel and your golden
Looks great, but agree that some furnishings would be most welcome – I can’t think of anyone producing clothing rails etc. as scenery right now, and I’d hate to have to make them myself.
