Great looking figure! I don’t think you mentioned…is it metal or plastic?
Also, if you were to have gone with a green ink instead of the purple, would you still have mixed evenly with the blue base color, or would you have used the grey instead?

It is metal. All Carnevale figures I’ve seen are metal.
What do you mean “purple” ? I haven’t used purple on this one…

I like the color scheme and I must say that your videos motivate me to invest myself a bit more into painting my miniatures.

Ah sorry I meant the periscope, not purple. 🙁
Oh… If I had wanted a greener hue, I’d have used perhaps Coal Black (P3) instead of Periscopes (Vallejo), or indeed a black and green wash. I probably would have used a greener base colour, such as a nice teal or even some Meredius Blue (P3)… Or perhaps a mix of Sombre Grey and Luftwaffe Green (I don’t remember the exact name, but it’s from Panzer Aces, it’s a subdued green that’s not quite olive).
