Romain, excellent as always! Could you possibly make some painting special effects videos? Like white hot effects or multi illumination lighting? Thank you, again, Romain. I am learning so much from your vids.
Already filmed… It’s on schedule !
Thank you for your high praise…
BoW Romain
You are exceptionally good, love how you dedicate your time to teach and show how complicated things can be done elegantly.
The point is… It’s not complicated.
Thin layers, patience, and it’s pretty straightforward !
The hardest part is actually acquiring a sense for color.
A very good point Romain. Can you teach that?
I’ll certainly give it a try… And film it very soon !
Sounds good. I’ll look forward to it 🙂
you are right I should have used complicated not complex my apologies.
will be quite intresting in seeing the video about sense of colour, I noticed myself many times thinking “this can’t be right” during the video only to see it blend nicely soon afterwards.
Romain, I see you use your finger quite often to wipe excess paint off. The amount of paint on your brush is the hardest part to control, and you might end up taking more time, but you will have even better control than if you wipe excess paint with anything. This is how the true masters do it. 2) wipe excess paint WITH your brush, that you have quickly dried (and rinsed if possible). Wiping with cloth or tissue is nigh-impossible, because it just… Read more »
Fantastic as usual. Keep em comming. I have yet to not learn something from your vids.
And perfect timing for my friend who is just getting into Tau.
PS I own the same T-Shirt 🙂
Thanks everyone for the great compliments… And kudos to @taeken, who has taste !
I’m gonna be painting Tau soon 🙂 These Drones remind me of Batteries Not Included, the old movie from my childhood :p Ah yes. Anyway thanks for the cool painting tips here!
