Okay …..Well i never thought I’d see this done as it was such (in my mind ) a complicated pattern. However as always Romain has come up with a way of attacking this pattern which makes it seem less daunting. There is a lot to take away from this one. Thanks again Romain

Thank you… It’s not as simple as others, but with method and patience, you’ll manage it on a larger surface (say, a banner or a cape, or some piece of warjack armour) even if you don’t have that much brush control. The first time is always the most frightening, so you can practice on a piece of paper. However, if you start out thinking it’s too difficult, chances are you won’t make it… or that you won’t even try. And that would be a shame !
I’m so amazed with the ease you break down what looks to be complicated images. It’s a huge help and very inspiring. makes me want to go practice my freehand. Thank you
This. THIS is exactly why I do it. And you can do it with most logos and emblems : they’re purposefully simple, designed so as to be reproduced on various surfaces with ease, easily remembered, instantly recognizeable from afar, and liable to be re-traced and re-drawn hastily on a piece of makeshift cloth to rally people when the flag has fallen. Being reductible to several simple shapes is an incredible asset to any faction emblem on a battlefield (or to compete with other brands in case of a logo).
