Airbrush a Battlezones Dreadball Pitch
November 28, 2014 by warzan
Once again we have Brain from Anarchy Models in the studio to show us all some cool airbrushing techniques.
This time he creates a very cool Mantic DreadBall Pitch using the High Speed Stencil Set and some Battlezones terrain with a little help from Warren.
If this is something you would like to recreate check out the Kickstarter which is ending very soon!

I like this combination of project demonstration with technique demonstration – that really comes out looking nice at the end!
Great looking pitch.
Looks easy, but effective

Great course with Brian! Well recommended!
covered templates, my first attempt at flames was all right but what Brian can do in 10 mins is amazing. Various techniques covered and all produced some amazing painting effects on their first try.
Trouble is currently I have some well painted armies, but now they look OK. Just about.
always amazed by what a little paint will do. So cool.
Stop tempting me with your magical airbrushing wand, I’m already spending too much on hobby time now 😉
I might have missed it, but is this part of the stencil series that will have the sticky backing?
No, these are a totally different material from the current sticky ones, Non-sticky, but fully re-usable and washable.

Am I the only one that thinks the sound of the air compressor sounds like a monster from an old Godzilla movie?
It looks really good, although I do much prefer the blue to the yellow/red side.
Also, I think the numbers you sprayed on were back to front!
I think it would look better if you primed the tiles and weathered them up a bit beforehand but this still looks nice. Can’t wait for my kickstarter rewards 🙂
