Apologies everyone, the video should be in working order now.
@m30wm1x & @ghent99
Many thanks.
That was a ‘lightning’ fast response.
Sorry
@m30wm1x Never be sorry for a cracking pun.
That was very punny. Seriously glad it was an issue on your end and not the death of the computing world.
You guys are “pun”ishing me with this humor. 😀
In spite of a delivery as quick as a flash, no thunderous applause here…
I think this would be good for the shields of Stormcast Eternals if you want to give them a bit more ‘bling’
Yes, good for banners as well…
Wow! That isn’t how I expected you were going to do that but it looks great! I’ve attempted lightning in the past and it just looks bad.
Awesome job as always Romain, thanks for sharing!
I’m glad this was of use… Don’t disparage yourself, we’re all here to learn new things ! A perceived failure is simply learning how not to do it next time.
a brilliant video Romain, green lightning may be good for Necron or evil magic I think.
Oooh ! Necrons, of course ! And they have all those flat surfaces on their vehicles and monoliths… Thank you for that ! 🙂
Great work, this looks phenomenal.
Very interesting approach to this. On the few eldar vehicles I have done lightning (mostly fire prisms ) I have always built up from a black base coat. Going from regal blue to enchanted blue and then white and the blue wash to blend them together from gw range. Might give this method ago on one of my imperial nights that I’m working on in the near future.
