19 Kingdoms Previews New Skirmish Game Miniatures
July 21, 2014 by brennon
19 Kingdoms is a tabletop skirmish game that is coming soon on the horizon with a selection of resin miniatures. They've recently been showing off said miniatures and below is Trivus Silverspur who isn't looking too bad at all...
Not a bad miniature I'd say! I like the detail and the look of something from an anime film crossed with the forest spirits in Woodkid's Run Boy Run music video. It's all about the spirits!
It's neat to see another skirmish game entering the fray and hopefully we'll see a lot more miniatures popping up from these guys to get us excited. Right now I'm liking the feel of this one so will be keeping an eye on it.
What do you think of Trivus?

That is one very static sculpt. Even more static than something like SM Centurions from GW. I can’t really say that I would like that one. Hopefully there will be better sculpts coming up because those might actually sell this game.
Nice miniature in my opinion. Personally I am bit tired of this “dynamic” poses with warriors and gunners standing one feet on the ground, the other one somewhere in the air, and looking backwards at the same time. For me it’s a pain to paint poses like that as well. I hope this guys will have the stated 19 factions (kingdoms) at the launch, expanding with time, giving the players a really big choice of forces to play with.
Thanks for your comments.
We have 4 more sculps for our initial Kickstarter (up mid Sept).
To address one or two points. We really wanted Trivus’ pose to reflect his nature of a silent forest dwelling warrior. So we tried to give him a strong but zen like feel. Hence the solid stance.
Yes their will be 19 distinct factions some of which are – Undead, Giants, Goblins, Ghostwalkers, To’tariq (Daemon like halfbreeds) Lizardmen, the Krute (frog like) to name but a few. Head over to the website for more info.
